>gearbox?
Nah, If you have access to a floor jack you can do the job with the
engine in situ. (been there done that) You don't even have to
disconnect the slave cylinder from the hydraulic line.
>What else should I look at replacing while doing this job? ( keep in mind I
>want to drive it this summer)
Labor wise this can be done in a day... However, If I were you I
would plan on replacing the clutch and pressure plate "while
you're there" and take the flywheel out to have it resurfaced at a
machine shop.
>
>Can one man pull the gearbox or is it a two man job?
It can be done by one, but two make the job go faster and easier,
especially if one has done it a time or two before.
>
>I am also in need of two dash vent grills in good condition or NOS for the

I may be able to help you there... let me check this weekend.
>Thank you all for inspiring me to experience my second childhood with the
