I don't have a RR as a daily driver, but I bought a British spec Aston Martin
V8 in 1985 with about 45,000 miles on it, and now it has 143,000.  Up until a
couple of years ago I drove it daily; now it's down to a couple of times a
week.  I've had a valve job, replaced the cams, and have the carbs tuned as
required.  I don't have the talent to work on it myself, but it's such fun to
drive.
