What should a Lotus Europa cost?

Ok, what should I pay for a 1974 Europa?  It is a twin cam, 5 speed, big
valve car.  Most of the cosmetics are new, paint, rubber, carpet. The
suspension is new.  New header and exhaust. It runs but needs top end
work. Bottom end rebuilt but the guy never got around to the valves.
What is it worth to a guy like me who isn't dying for one, but always liked
them and would want one to dabble with? (in other words, screw
around with the thing for a year or so and still get my money back)
