If the fender beads are missing and the seam is gone, this was a common bodge
repair on extensive rust damage.  The fender could not be hung, so out came
the torch.
As far as the louvers being wrong, was there a difference between the factory
100M and the 100M kits?
Wire wheel conversion to disc is only possible if the hubs are changed out on
all four wheels.
For questions regarding Big-Healeys, a true expert is Hans Nohr at Absolutely
British at 909-947-0200.  He has restored and resurrected a number of
concours winning Big-Healeys to include 100M's and 100S's.
