You are correct, sir! However, he bought his truck some time
ago before that became law (or before anyone knew about that
law anyway). He got through the last check by having a
mechanic friend of his ignore the visual test (it passes at
the pipe)...
BTW, I was told that the only way to sell a vehicle here without
the proper emissions equipment is as a parts car. Anyone else
know if this is true?
