I have had success installing window glass using wire and some modest amount of lubricant like dish soap or Amorall. Wire is less vulnerable to breaking than string. Dish soap is easy to clean up after you are done. Be careful about using too much libricant, this is a friction fit. Jake > ...installed the string and posioned the > glass.
