Big Healey

I have come across an add for a 1957 Big Healey BN7. The guy only wants $400
for the car, but it doesn't have the engine, tranny, or rear axle. He said it
also has some rust in the floor. My question is this, would it be worth it to
buy it and do a total restoration on the car. I really don't know that much
about the Big Healeys and so any advice would be helpful.
