So I take it that everyone's cars are working fine or everyone is waiting for
that next paycheck to purchase the next part to put on their project (I am), and
that no one has recently done anything or gone anywhere interesting in their LBC
lately?
Is that why everyone has developesd and interest in Swedish cars? TR 7 engines
have a lot to do with the Saab 4 cyl. Anyone know if an oil pan can be mated to
a Saab engine and the engine stuffed into a TR7 & attached to a TR7
transmission? How about a Saab head bolting onto a TR7 block? With the Saab
head it would be an easy step to the turbo.
Not that I have a TR7, but I think about one on occasion and have wondered how
close the TR7 & Sabb engines really are, since we seem to be in a Sweedish car
phase.
I saw my once & future TR3 yesterday for the first time in over a month. Almost
looks like a real car with closing doors and fitting front wings. With any luck
it should be coming home in a week. Then I can get the engine out of storage
and reintroduce it to the transmission and body.
