Hi,
what I prefer is a hidden switch somewhere in the car that disconnects the fuel
pump (electrical pump required !!! TR6, Stag, ...).
So the car will start just fine ... run not more than a mile ... and stop.
That's just what a thief needs now. And you'll easily find your car (just where
the big traffic jam is).
I already tried this with my Stag (I just forgot to reset the switch ...). It
stopped about a couple of hundreds yards after starting. As the fuel lines and
carbs are empty then, it additionally takes some time of cranking till it
starts up again.
