Clean the threads with brake cleaner and let dry.  Apply LocTite (the
medium-strength stuff) and tighten normally.  Do not overtighten, because
if the place is hard to reach, the repair will be a nightmare.

Don't use the high-strength LocTite, or you may break the bolts when you
go to remove them.

I am assuming there are no nuts involved.  Whenever there are nuts, you
can use Nyloc nuts.  On Lotuses, we use Nyloc nuts WITH LocTite.
