New Seat belts for an MGB

Does anyone know where I can get a new set of inertia real seat belts
for my 72 MGB?  The ones Moss sell work only in a horizontal position,
which works fine in an MGB/GT.  In my roadster, however, the seat belt
retractor mounts sideways on the side of the rear wheel well.  I could
make a bracket for it, but right now I don't have access to a welder.
