I forgot to mention: the winning car ('92 Honda Prelude Si) got 39.7 miles per
british gallon. (Last year, it got 45 mpg on flatter roads).
The best place sprite got 34 mpg
The equiv miles per US gallon are 33mpg and 28.3mpg
