Hi If the 74s are like the 68/69s, its going to be a major pain to remove the dash. The single bolt just above the steering column is very difficult to get to and turn a wrench/socket. I've always wondered how the heck the factory installed that one. I typically leave it off upon reinstallation, leaving the more easily accessible ones (only 4 or so spaced across the upper part of the dash). I hope a PO did the same on your car. You will also have to remove the heater controls. John Sanders |
