Adhesive remover

The right solvent to remove tape adhesive and many other adhesives
without damage to paint or plastics is BESTINE. It is made by  the
BestTest rubber cement people and should be available at most art
supply stores. It comes in pint, quarts or gallons. It is an excellent 
mild solvent for many uses including removing felt pen ink without 
damaging plastic.
