Put the subject in the subject line

Never mind uniform universally filterable headers, I'd be happy never to
see a blank subject line or one that stars with "British-Cars-Digest..."
ever again. Also, if the subject changes mid-thread, people should try
to change the subject to suit the topic too. Non-digesters can then delete
what they don't want in one swoop without much worry of missing something,
and digesters know what to search on without reading the whole bloody thing.
