Why does it seem that when any component on my TR breaks, a replacement is not available? The latest saga occurred the other day when the bushing in the Tacho siezed. This caused excess load on other components, and the one which failed was the drive gear in the Distributor housing. Well all the good suppliers of parts assure me that the nylon gear (24mm diam. and 16 teeth) is no longer available. Does any body know of a supplier or manufacturer who can make these gears?
