I just bought a Craftsman Torque wrench to use for re-tourquing my head bolts (since this is a brand new-rebuilt engine) and the instructions say to always loosten a bolt fully before you re-tourque it. Is this true for head bolts as well? Thanks, Michael Hering '67 TR4A IRS |
