OEM inertial real seatbelts have been unavailable for quite a while now.
Most people on the list who care about safety have gone to three (or
even five) point fixed belts, which are widely available from non-LBC
sources for less $$.
Victoria British started advertising replacement inertial reel belts
last year. I bought a set for my Midget. They were a better design
than the original, and worked quite well. But the reels were also larger
than the originals, and fouled the top frame on one side. Since I like
to put the top down occasionally, back they went.
The same belts might go in your Spit without clearance problems. They
were ~$75 per belt, and mounted in the same places as the originals.
