Rick,

Your problem could be your servo. However, it might also
be air in your brake lines. In the many twists and turns that
the brake line takes it it possible for air to stay up in
a bend somewhere despite repeated bleeding. This then works
down to the servo or somewhere else important while braking.

Questions: Are you losing fluid? Does the pedal harden up
after pumping and then go to the floor? Or is it nice and
hard and then all of a sudden it just drops to the floor?
Have you checked your brake lines recently for swelling?

It could be that the master cylinder is bleeding internally. This
is usually evidenced by a brake pedal that slowly drops to the
floor and then lets the car move.

The air in the lines would cause a hard pedal to go soft as soon
as the servo kicks in. Or your servo could be bad.

Good luck,

Will
