OFFICE MEMO British Car Festival near Chicago Date:8/17/93
For any of you that may live close enough or are passing through: The 7th
annual British Car Festival will be held on Sunday, September 12 at Oakton
Community College in Des Plaines, Illinois. They expect between 500 and 600
cars of all the usual and many unusual marques, with popular vote judging,
parts vendors, British food, and Highland dancers. The college is east of River
Rd. (Rt. 45) between Golf Rd. (Rt. 58) and Central Rd., just off Interstate
294. Pre-Registration is $12, which covers the cost of putting on the event.
