Dean - You've probably already figured it out by now but since this same
thing has bitten 2 SOLers in 2 months, it belongs in the knowledge base.
The last bit of swork in transplanting a spit tranny into a midget is that
the shifters are reversed. There is a ring at the top back of the gearbox
extension which contains two pins one of which engages the slot in the
shift lever.

Just drift the two pins out and reverse 'em. Don't try this with the
transmission in the car unless you're double jointed.
