Just have to share a little adventure I recently had.

I was given an assignment from the magazine I work for to interview some guy who
restores old muscle cars (mostly Firebirds and Camaros). I contacted the
guy and set up a time when we would meet and look at his work. He was
sharing a large building in town with a few other people. I wasn't too
excited about this assignment, because muscle cars aren't really what I'm
into.

Anyway, I met the guy at his shop. He let me in then said "have a look
around, I have something to take care of and I'll be back in a couple
minutes". So, here I was, among 3 or 4 older Camaros, each at a different
stage of restoration. I have to admit, the work was first rate, and the shop
had every tool you could imagine: MIG welder, Plasma cutter, arbor press,
sandblasting cabinet, a couple of large chests of hand tools, a lift, and
so on. "This might not be too bad after all", I thought.

As I mentioned earlier, this guy was sharing a large building with several
other people. I think it used to be a warehouse, or something like that.
It was in very good shape though. As I was looking around the building, I
spotted a couple of cars off towards the back, in an area where there was
very little light. They looked small and sporty. For some reason, MG jumped
into my head and I quickly strolled across the building. As I got closer,
my excitement grew. One of the cars was a complete, but neglected looking,
T series. It had wire wheels and it wasn't a TF, so I'm guessing it was a
TC.

The other car was much more intriguing though. It was partially
disassembled (missing it's body) but in very good condition.
I couldn't determine what it was, until I spotted an ID plate.
"M. G. CAR COMPANY LIMITED" it read, and the model was K3. My immediate
thoughts were,"maybe I've discovered a long lost MG", "maybe the owner
would be willing to sell it - cheap!". As I stood there fantasizing about
owning an MG legend, the car's owner came walking in. I can't tell you what
happened after this, because I woke up. Did I mention that this was a dream
I had last night? I guess this is one of the hazards of working on the MGB
all weekend.
