Both the Haynes and the Factory Workshop manuals say to put sufficient shims in the front wheel bearings to give an endfloat of 0.0xx inches. What is endfloat? Is it the amount of axial movement of the wheel? I can borrow a dial gauge to measure it, but I need to know what to measure. James 'trying to get this thing so it will pass inspection' Howard |
