Having to crank a few times to fill the float bowls is not such a bad thing - because it allows the oil pump to start lubricating the engine before it starts firing. As long as you're not cranking so long that the starter slows down because the battery is getting drained, I wouldn't worry about it (I often wish my GT6 would start less quickly, so I wouldn't hear that awful rattle of dry bearings!) |
