If the brakes feel bad, the first thing I'd do is check the adjustment
of the rears. Even though the brakes are heavily biased to the front,
the rears do quite a bit. If that doesn't help, check for glazed pads
all around, flush the old fluid and bleed. Even if the fluid looks
good, if may have absorbed a lot of water.
