Miatas, hm, I guess, Miatas aren't Miatas. There are a lot, perhaps
most of them, people, who drive Miatas as a kind of status symbol.
Just like those, driving (Golfers or Tennis fans) the VW Golf Cabrio
or the Mercedes SL. (nothing against golfers, I myself play golf too)
Those see-me drivers are also the one that can extreamly often be
seen driving top up. But I think, it would be false to talk to generalized
about them. There are also some, who just like driving and aren't
intrested to buy a machine to carry them from point A to point B - the
top down drivers :-) Perhaps they just don't have the time to spends
the weeksends under their cars, or they aren't able to, or don't have
the money, to take them to a garage for every problem.
