help for TR6

Last weekend I met a gentleman from Barnstable MA. with a TR6
which would not be properly tuned. The car is an early 6 with
Strombergs. His complaint is that he can't seem to get the
carbs right and doesn't know anyone in his area who can tune
the thingys. Any Stromberg experts in that area of the country?
