It should be now, though it still hasn't had any 1992 stuff added.

And to his list I add 5a:

5) Open throttle full (Step on the pedal, eh?)
5a) On SU and stromberg type carbs, prop open the air valve, so the
    reading isn't lowered by the work required to get the air in.
