OK, I'm back asking some simple questions.
1) Oil changing, I notice the sump plug on the XJ6 4.2L is on the back
left hand side of the sump. Does this mean that you can use ramps
under the front wheels to change the oil? or would axle stands be
better? Also do I "really" need to replace the copper washer with
a new one?
The ramp vs axle stand question is because on ramps the sump will
be tilted backwards, on stands the sump will be level.
2) Mine appears to be running a little rich (fuel injected model)
what's the first thing I should suspect is causeing this?
Thanks in advance,
Scott#2
