Guess I'm the eternal optomist, but if the car is well maintained,
there really isn't much (except for some tools) that I'd bring.
Fan belts can be had anywhere for a Spitfire and there isn't much that
can go wrong with a spark plug, especially if you have new ones in it.
The distributor cap and rotar are probably a good idea, they don't take
much room. If you have a new rotar and cap on the car, just bring the
old ones in a bag.
Otherwise, if the Spitfire (or any other lBC) has been properly
attended to on a maintenance basis, I can't think of anything else
to bring without encroaching on the little storage space in the
car as it is.
I would carry a TRF parts manual just in case, or at least the TRF
800 numbers.
