The 10 day wait is not TRF's fault, it is probably UPS. I had a missing
shipment of a package I sent someone several years ago. UPS absolutly
will refuse to initiate a trace on any package they've shipped until
10 days has lapsed.

It may be more of a parts availability delay, not necessarily a
lack of ordering the part(s) before they ran out. Certainly
the clutch would seem to be something that a vendor would want to
keep well supplied, but oil pumps aren't replaced that often and
that the oil pump may not be readily available at this time in new
stock.
