The trick is to get an electric drill and a carbide sanding wheel then very
carefully sand down the block deck. Then get a drill and counter sink the stud
holes. If you blow very hard (and have a friend do it too) all the metal
burrs stay out of the cylinders and go onto the floor. Its easy, you don't
have to remove the block.
OK I'm full of #@$%, its the end of the day and needed some comic relief.
