Morgan had several models out before The War.

I thought Moggies had flat radiators before 1953.  

Also,  the headlights were separate in the old ones.  They were moved to the 
faired-into-the-fenders variety in the fifties.  If this sounds like the 
difference between an MGTD and an MGTF, it is because it is.  Lucas stopped 
making the separate headlights about that time, and both MG and Morgan changed 
the style to use the regular headlights
