BMC Service Bulletins

I was wondering if anybody on the list has copies of the BMC Service
Bulletins.  In particular, I'm looking for the bulletin # 19 (I think) 
published on May 1, 1964 that indexes between BMC part numbers and
descriptions for common parts like bolts, washers, etc.  Needless to
say this is quite usefull when you are assembling a car (my Healey being
the current example).

If people thought it would be a good idea, I volunteer to add scanned
service bulletins and other such info to hoosier ftp.
