Kevin,
Since 1974 was the last year that Rover imported Land Rovers directly into the
US, Land Rover parts houses are geared primarily for series II(A) and
serries III cars. There are very few Land Rover 90 & 100s currently here.

First the price is very good. The diesel engine is very strong and should
be no harder to work on than the Petrol models.

Rovers North, the place I mail order my parts from are official parts
distributers. They can probably get you parts. You may have to wait a little
longer though. Since the Land Rover 110 will come to the US soon, you
should be able to get parts through the dealers. You might also consider
getting a FAX number of a UK based spares house and order directly from UK
I would imagine that it would not take very long for parts to come air express.

A Land Rover in the US built between 1974 and 1988 will always be rare. I
would stick with the original engine in that one. If you get the missing parts
and the engine rebuilt, the car should be worth the $10K range.

The wheel bolt size is probable the same as is used on the older Land Rovers.

Phone Rover's North (802)879-0032 & ask about parts availablity

TeriAnn
