I've been thinking about this for quite some time now. The engines in our LBCs
(or any car) are inefficient at using all the potential energy (NRG) in gas.
Only say 20% of the potential NRG is used to make us go forward and lots of
NRG is lost as heat. So why can't the heat be utilized to do some useful work?
It seams we have the capability to make a small steam engine to run the
altenator, and the cooling fan (if needed now we have a steam engine) and water
pump,
and what about a tubo charger (revs too high?) or supercharger?.

Yes I know gas is cheap relative to building and maintaining all the crap
associated with devices to harness the waisted heat energy.

What about using it to power an electrolysis machine to split water into
oxygen and hydrogen then reburn them to help power the car???

I just hate to see all that energy go out into the thin air. There will be time
you know when there ain't no gas left and then who be laughing......oh my
god its the men in the white coats and they've come to get me (actually the men
are not from the local nuthouse but are just pretending to be, actally they
are working for the government who is controlled by the large oil companies
because of Bushes huge financial interest in them and their job is to
silence people like me).

Sorry but its been a very long day and I'm knackered already.

Cheers DW
