The ammeter from a TR6 or TR4A (depending on whether you want black or
chrome bezel) will match in appearance. Black bezel has orange needle,
chrome bezel has white needle.
I'm surprised, though, that there's no voltage stabilizer, because the
fuel level and coolant temperature should need one. I'm also surprised
that the oil pressure is electrically sensed! But one never knows. This
might be an internally stabilized series of instruments, which means
that the TR gauges wont' work. TriumphTune (in Britain) sells new
Smith's gauges and may be able to help.

The first two might also be able to help you locate an ammeter (PA
Speedo only deals in VDO), if TRF or Moss can't. Call and ask how much;
I remember that PA Speedo is $20-$40 more expensive on estimates, but I
can drive there and get one day turnaround so I usually spend the money.
The 119 on the back of the speedo most likely means 119 cable
revolutions per mile. It sounds like the speedo in the TRs, as well,
although the TRs used cable
driven tachs.
