I have been to their sales office, ordered parts from them, yelled
at them on the phone, and returned parts to them for credit.  My basic
advice would be to only order parts you are 100% sure you want and know
the exact type/part number.  For example, they are very liberal with
their part number for BJ8 brakes and consequently they don't
distinguish between Phase I and Phase II BJ8s.  They won't pay shipping
when they have made an error and are generally confrontational on the
phone.   They will not under circumstances give you a refund even if
they made a shipping error.

So ask carefully about whether it is orignal or a repro and don't expect
to be able to return it. Read their sales policy carefully --rod.
