I have been subscribing continuously for about 10 years and have rarely had
an issue not delivered. True, it is impossible to predict which day of the
week the current issue will arrive, but it almost always gets there. As I
recall, the magazine has a 1-800 number in detroit to take care of subscription
snafus.
As a unrepentant carnut, I find the magazine necessary for my weekly fix, even
if occasional issues do have articles on 'gasp' monster trucks. Unfortunately
I tossed the weeks issue before the requests started coming in for the TR5
article.
There was also an interesting classified for a Terrapin, a Mini-Cooper based
formula car. My sources tell me they were built for hillclimbs...could make
an interesting autocrosser for only $14.5K.
