You probably want to go to Rockwell Motor Sports LTD. He has a rollign road
chassis dyno and all the sun computerized smog stuff.
Charlie Rockwell is an ex-aerospace mechanical engineer that likes old
british cars. He is located across the street from the San Jose Airport.
