Unless your engine is perfect, I would suggest against it as it will push bearings, etc. to the limit. Also, make sure you know your starting point PRIOR to messing with the head, i.e. do you want mine, ~11.5:1 runs great on super WITH additive and reduced timing... IF the engine is perfect, buy a used head and give it a try, this way the mod is reversible if you get tired of paying 30 cents a gallon more for gas. |
