Bluegrass and British Sports Cars?

I realize this is not exactly adhering to the subject matter, but there
sure seem to be a lot of Bluegrass folks on this list. I not only own
a Triumph TR250 but a Gibson RB250 Mastertone banjo and a Gibson Heritage
Guitar. All three ove the above mentioned items were made in 1968 (good
year - I was 17).

Is there some strange psychological link between British car owners and
Bluegrass???????
