After the discussion on A-arm elongation I decided to check my own Midget. No elongation but I did find a crack in the top of the arm at the point where it joins the wheel (well, not the wheel - rather the kingpin or some such). Anyway, this seems a little serious so maybe it's finally time to rebuild the front suspension. Any advice? Any other things I should look for? I really don't want my front wheel falling off somewhere - that doesn't sound like much fun. Thanks Rich Hill UC Davis |
