| The wheels are from a Lotus 46 (Europa), probably original equipment.
I don't think so. The Europa came with 13x4 1/2 steel wheels and 155-13
tires at first, and this always remained "standard". The optional setup,
which almost everyone bought once it became available, was 13x5 1/2 Lotus
brand "Spyder" mags (shod with 175/70-13s front, 185/70-13 rear). The
Lotus mags are worth at least $100/wheel; those puppies are getting to be
like hen's teeth.
| They look to me to be 4" dia. centre to centre.
| I will check again since I have just been told that 3-3/4" is much more
| common.
3-3/4" it is, for a Europa. The Panasport was one of the few wheels that
came in that tiny bolt circle, so it was the most popular replacement for
those unfortunates with the "stock" steel wheels.
Many of the suspension bits on the Europa are Triumph Spitfire. Can anyone
confirm that the Spit used the same bolt pattern & offset? How 'bout the
Spridget?
