horn push shroud?

I'm looking the vinyl boot/shroud/fixture that surrounds the horn push
on some TR6s and Spitfires. I've got a very odd steering wheel on my 4A
-- it has a big center cutout. A Moto-Lita hub won't fit it. The horn
push is missing, and I'm going to make a plate to fill the center cut
out and fit a standard push. I'd like to use this shroud to hide the plate.

Anyone got one? TRF claims they're NLS, Moss doesn't even have a number.
