Nice British chap.  He often tells you what to do to fix the car over the
phone so you don't have to bring it in to his shop.  Also he sometimes lets
you use his shop on the weekends if his sons are around.

He does good quality work, and doesn't muck up what's been MacGuyver'd and 
runs.
