[Bricklin] Headlight troubleshooting

My headlights won't go down. Can anyone point me to troubleshooting
procedures? Either a link or what issue of the Brickline it has been in? I
know I have seen articles on it, but I looked at a bunch of my back issues of
The Brickline and didn't spot one.
