You could inform Ebay and they should shut down the listing, if it is still
active.
I know several folks who have been cheated buying cars that weren't as
described and none of them have been able to interest any law enforcement
agency in looking into it. "Buyer beware" is the watchphrase for anything you
buy without personally inspecting it.
