If I had to guess, it sounds like your up solenoid has gotten plugged. Your
air control panel is located
in the compartment behind the driver. It's always easier to work on it when
it's out of the compartment
so I'd suggest removing the control panel. Then it's just a matter of opening
the solenoids and cleaning
any debris out. Take the nut off will allow you to get the coil off the valve.
Then a flathead screwdriver
will allow you to unscrew the valve. Clean out the seat and reassemble.
