There may be other options now, but normally your choices are Koni or KYB.
They should have a Bricklin cross reference. If not I believe 74 Ford
Maverick is the cross reference for the correct shocks.
If you are speaking of the brake booster and master cylinder you will be
lucky to find a replacement. You will have to send these in to be rebuilt
through Cardone. RockAuto can do this through their web site. I have mine
done last year. Just a note if you have it done make sure the push rod is
adjusted correctly. Mine was not since I expected it to be set to spec. It
caused me a lot of extra unneeded work to try to resolve it.
